what did you eat today?

    Breakfast: Nothing. Didnt wake up till 2pm

    Lunch: 2 Cigarettes

    Dinner: Lots of chocolate is what I'm eating at the moment.

    Snacks: Cigarettes

    Water: Fanta and water lol

    Hey, I was on that diet for a while. Only I drank slice instead of fanta.

    nothing yet except for three glasses of wine and lots of cigarettes.

    first thing a buffet of glyconutrients a family of b's vitamins and minerals, a 20 oz glass of skim milk with rocky road gormet protien powder.
    many sweet peas husk and all, red grapes, mc d chees burger, 2 ceasors a brbq double burger with stuffed mushrooms, lots more veggies,a little cheese, and i m y matabilizem wants more. oh wich just reminded me to take all of what i did when i first got up.

    a mountain dew soda. a couple bites of chinese left overs and a white mocha with 6 shots of espresso. and some malt o meal. that's good for me. healthy any ways

    Fruits, vegetables, bagel, some Chinese dishes, a lot of orange juice, some soup, and a vegetarian dinner with a lot of tofu and soy products, and some beer.

    No dairy containing foods or meat whatsoever, I'm taking this Vegan thing seriously. This was my second day so far.

    I'm also returning a pair of shoes someone bought me for my birthday. I discovered some of the material is leather.

    I got rid of my leather wallet and got a new hemp wallet.

    I used to want a leather jacket, but not anymore.

    Well, it's a bit expensive anyway. :)

    Breakky: a bun with pork in it, and a cup of tea
    Snack: an apple
    lunch: cheese on toast and some yoghurt
    snack: chocolate!! and some sultanas
    dinner: steamed veggies and fish with rice

    and lots and lots of water
  15. Breakfast: Slept through it.

    Lunch: Rice w/ gravy, three small chicken tenders, some green beans and creamed corn. Drink: 1/2 Glass of sweet tea.

    In-Between: A few small croûtons and a Kit-Kat bar. Drink: 1/2 Glass of Mountain Dew. 1 Cigarette.

    Supper: Approximately one bite of a fried chicken salad with ranch dressing, a couple of croûtons, half a saltine cracker, half a Kit-Kat bar. Drink: 1 sip of Mountain Dew. 1 Cigarette.

    You all eat so healthily. I alternative between starving myself to bingeing and purging. Anyway, YESTERDAY (I haven't eaten today) I had..

    Breakfast - Nothing
    Lunch - Chicken breast
    Dinner - A mcdonalds chicken nugget meal with coke and a caramel sundae
    Snacks - Haribo starmix
    Drinks - Lots of water
    I also smoked about 4 cigarettes and five joints :mellow:
    Thankfully I manage to stay slim :biggrin:

    Lunch: Tuna sandwich, yoghurt and a pear
    Dinner: Baked potatoe with cheese and steam vegtables.

    Not too bad :)
