What do i do?

    I'm struggling so much with my emotions being so sporadic, and the five hour highs make the crashes feel so much worse and i want to cut really bad or worse... every time i try to distract myself i just become numb and i can't seem to do anything that will help me relieve this stress and these horrible feelings. All i can think of is inflicting pain and injury on myself and there is only so long i can resist it; what do i do?

    You could call crisis line if you need to talk directly to a person.

    You could use a method that is less harmful to your body to achieve the same ends. Rubberband on the wrist, hold an ice cube in your elbow joint, things like that.

    If you're not currently in therapy or taking meds you could consider those. Long term, might want to give it a serious think.
