For those who work out, what do you do to stay in shape?

look a prat and dance around the house!
Play Wii Fit! Sounds like a joke but I lost over a stone and cured a dodgy leg I had. (Really I would get out of bed, find my leg didn't work and fall over, but playing computer games sorted that out)
I climb mountains, the bigger the better.
Gym is friend. I also go running sometimes, but more often to the gym.
Lap swimming baby even though I can't do a damn flip turn! I swear I smell like chlorine even after I take a shower though..
I'm always on a bike these days.
Well I'm trying to get back into shape.. I gained a lot of weight over the years. So I've been working out to my Taebo dvd. I'm also doing sets of jump roping, crunches, and push ups.
Walk or ride bike instead of driving. Saves money too!
i swim ( i used to swim for a team)
i horse ride almost everyday
and i surf when ever i can
oh and running around after foals is always a goood work out
i go to a gym, and i take dance classes - master classes kick my ass! they're awesome!
I exercise at home, weights, crunches, press-ups etc. It makes a lot of difference to work out- i never used to and now i've never felt so healthy. Plus im starting to get a hot body xD
I like to run.... it helps me relax most of all, I really dont do it to keep in shape, but i suppose it does help...
Although i need not vote... for running. I voted Other bcoz most of all i think its all the sexicise i have that keeps me in 'shape'

I used to use fitness videos, but now I occasionally use Wii Fit, along with various other Wii games that involve a lot of movement of the body. I usually do that once every day or two, with Wii Fit around twice a month. It doesn't produce spectacular results since I don't take it that seriously, but it keeps me from gaining too much weight.
Today I rode my bike 27 kilometres. That was a mistake. Another mistake: not bringing water along.
I also run and do pushups/situps/squats/pullups.
And does sex count?!
Oh come on nobody has sex just to stay in shape..
Nor do I do anything else just to stay in shape...
Indeed, much of it is to get sex!
