What have you been eating today? (Daily diet thread)

    Seems like it doesn't exist any similar but if it does close this one.

    Like topic says you can write what's you been eating from the morning to night, even though you haven't it can be worth mention it and some kindly spirit will take action help as usual.

    But as always with eating disorders, be patient! It's not gonna fly away tomorrow, but fight it! everyday. You can, and forever you will be the winner!

    Yes, I know how it feels to not be able to eat normally without thinking scary thoughts, but I have survived it, ok, it wasn't easy and for many it's not even possible (they say), at the lowest i was down to 31 kg to my 155 cm in length and hadn't been eating for a month. Very scary.

    And remember, we just want to help:heart: :sheep2:

    24 frosted mini wheats with half a cup of almond milk
    2 Sugar free carnation instant breakfast with 2 cups fat free milk


    2 Packets of instant grits
    1/2 cup egg mates
    2 nutrigrain bars

    I don't have an eating disorder though... :X

    Some Gatorade...and that'll probably be it until mom makes me eat before soccer. Knowing her, she'll lecture me about not eating. :dry: It's not like she can bully me into eating.

    two slices of rough wheat bread with Chives ^-^ shared about half with my doggie. And a large chocolate plate, doggie can't have that though, it'll kill her on the spot

    Lunch coronation chicken roll and 2 speical k bars
    Dinner 3 pizza slices and chips

    I ate too much

    I don't remember exactly what I ate today, but it totaled to 2680 calories.

    Mostly all healthy stuff, I don't really care for junk.

    Coupled with the fact that I biked for an hour and a half, went on a half hour walk, and raked the lawn for two and a half hours I think I did okay.

    I have no idea what either of those are o_O haha

    I ate some peanut butter and some lasagna (random) and...that's pretty much it, I kind of forgot to eat today. Which is odd.

    A couple bites of ham.

    I got to start eating better, I found out the other day that I am Anemic from not eating very much.
    Being Anemic explains why I am always tired and have no energy, kinda glad I know what it is now.

    Breakfast: 3 weetabix (with milk) and 2 slices of toast with peanut butter
    Lunch: 4 tuna and cheese sandwiches, crisps, magnum ice cream
    Snack: Bowl of chips
    Tea: Burger, salad, potato wedges, large slice of cake
    Snack: Big pack of minstrels, 4 bottles of fizzy drink

    I've been eating like this all my life and still slim; fast metabolism I guess...

    I don't have an eating disorder, but have steadily been losing weight. Each visit to the psychiatrist office begins with "Are you aware of your consecutive weight drops"?

    I just have little desire to eat. And a lot of my calories come from alcohol. I've dropped from 175 to below 150 over the past few months. All I say is I quit lifting weights, which is true. But I get suspicious looks like I'm hiding something.

    Anyways, all I ate today was two lean pockets and a fiber one bar.

    That doesn't seem like a lot to eat for a whole day. You'll be surprised at how much you have to eat to get your recommended 2500 calories a day. Do you normally eat that much or is that just a one-off?

    Bowl of pasta ( x_x)
    A muffin
    2 egg rolls
    A diet pepsi

    The Musicman, it's pretty routine. It's weird...I just have no appetite anymore or desire for food.

    I used to eat 4000 calories a day back in the day to maintain 170 lbs but that was a long time ago.

    I'm on effexor though. Which could be part of my appetite suppression. People at work have commented on my weight loss and I'm at a loss as to what to say. I usually just lie and say I'm on a tight budget and limited money. I think they suspect something is a little off, but I'm their top employee pretty much so there's not much they can do.
