What is Important To You.... Please Help

As service users what is important to you when buiding a relationship with a professional?

I have an assignment to write on the theory of this but I thought it would be good to have some SU's own thoughts in there and then I can find theory around this.

Please help. I am proper freaking about it!

i think what is important is that the professional really listens to what is being said I think his or her ability to build trust is also very important compassion patience insight also has to know when it is good to slow down a bit observation is very important when dealing with someone so fragile. I hope this makes sense
