Here is a poem I wrote during a period where I felt isolated. I still do, in a way, but it doesn't bother me as much.

    "What is Left is Me"

Sitting alone among a thousand graves of perception
I see what is happening, a festering of reflection
    Bring back those insignificant memories
They can’t do me any harm

    What is Left is Me
And what came before this made me see
We have been, and always will be alone in thought
    An unreachable island of consciousness
Surrounded by that black, quiescent abyss of water

    What is Left is Me
    Unchangeable through eternity
Forever in the shadows of obscurity
    Will you ever know me?

I can kinda understand where you are coming from in it... I really like it, you are a great poet. I use to write poetry and post i here, but I seem to have lost it.

But thank you so much for sharing your wonderful poem!

Again, thanks for the compliments. This was one of my better poems. I've been trying to write more of them, but I feel so...uninspired, lately.
