I just turned 39, and within my 30s I have ran marathons, 5k races, and this upcoming June I will compete in my third bodybuilding contest. If all goes by plan I will also run another marathon this year. Thing is I will ask my friends who are same age range as me to go do things and there response is that they are too old.

So I am thinking just what is old age, and is late 30s, early 40s old?

I don't think it's so much age as opposed to how you feel. There are 20 year olds who act old and 80 year olds who still live life to the fullest. So I say you aren't old unless you feel old.

You never get old - just a little bit more wiser

That cliché about state of mind? It's true.
