Actually, I have asked this Q in chatroom but I decided to post here to get wider, more profound advice. My Q is straightforward.
What are those things in your life that motivates u to get up every day, go to work, eat, sleep, and live your life no matter how painful, miserable, unbearable, and suicidal you feel?
Is it family, self-pride, religion, afraid of afterlife, hope, etc...?

when i went through a crisis it was fear of the afterlife and/or being too scared to attempt suicide that stopped me.

    Duty to my wife.
    Duty to my child.
Duty to my mother and father.

Though the "no matter what" part is debatable, that is what keeps me on this hellhole planet. I guarantee you that in their absence I am gone.

at the moment, nothing seems to motivate me and make me want to continue on.

I just cant seem to go totally through with all it and end it.
im just a coward a guess.

I guess thinking about what people would think after i killed myself motivates me because until i can read their mind and understand what they would be thinking, i wont be happy.
