Little Suzy, she was only twelve
She was given the world
With every chance to excel

Hang with the boys and hear the stories they tell
She might act kind of proud
But no respect for herself

She finds love in all the wrong places
The same situations
Just different faces

Changed up her pace since her daddy left her
Too bad he never told her
She deserved much better

We laughed
Until we had to cry
And we loved
Right down to our last goodbye
We were the best
I think we'll ever be
Just you and me
For just a moment

We chased
That dream we never found
And sometimes
We let one another down
But the love we made
Made everything alright
We shone so bright
For just a moment

Time goes on
People touch and then they're gone
And you and I
Will never love again
Like we did then

Someday, when we both reminisce
We'll both say
There wasn't too much we missed
And through the tears
We'll smile when we recall
We had it all
For just a moment

Time goes on
People touch and then they're gone
But you and I
Will never really end
We'll never love again
Like we did then

The song in my sig makes me want to cry or anything else by Thursday. Actually, I just noticed someone else in real life that likes Thursday. This actually makes me worried because I don't see how someone can like them and be a happy person. I can relate to this song so well, here's the whole thing:

Paris in Flames by Thursday

Now its time to wrap our fears in the night
And on the first day we'll dress this city in flames
After all the things you say
You hate me for being this way

Still you won't let go of old ideals
There is no headline to read at night
When the record skips and you're not holding the needle

We all sing the songs of separation
And we watch our lives bleed out through our hands
Thats how it was on the first day
We saw Paris in Flames

rain, rain down
I think it's going to rain, rain down

Here in this collapsed lung of a borough
There is no sunlight
The sunlight is manufactured in a windowless room
Distant and incoherent
Businessmen hang themselves

The lower east side is a jukebox playing the deadman's crescendo
The needle is a vector
An intersection that we all must cross
A dimly lit hallway where shadows of moths decorate the walls
Discard this message
Discard this message
Discard this message
Burn the city down

Throw this bottle back in the ocean
Rip this page from the history books
Smash all the street signs
Erase all the maps
Forget my name
Forget my face
Forget my name
Because it's going to rain
And it never ends

Knock me out-Grace Slick, Linda Perry

You knocked me out
You bit my lip
You held me down
And kept me sober

Through all this time
With no regret
I guess thats just the way I liked it

Maybe
When Im free
Ill realize all I really wanted
To share all the peace
Something that I never wanted

So wait
Dont go
Seems as though
Its getting scary
So please
Dont you go
Wait
Dont you go

You knocked me out
I can never be the same
I pushed you over
And here we will remain

Confusion new
Do you, and nothings right
Nobody but you has to
Hold on to the fight
Just before you cry

It wont change you
It wont change me
And I dont even wonder why

Dont touch
Feel so much

And life
Yeah we cry
I know
Baby I know

But fate
Im waking
I feel
I touch
I breathe
I cry
I know this

So wait
Wait
I said please
Smile just before you cry

Dont you go

You knocked me out
I can never be the same
I pushed you over
But here we still remain
You knocked me out
I can never be the same

I can take the fight
But dont
Dont take it away

You knocked me out
You bit my lip
You held me down and kept me sober
