• Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.

Does anybody have reasons not to go through with other than religious points of view. I am tired of battling myself and have countered all the arguments I have for staying alive, and have no other reason for this life. I can no longer think of any reason not to go right now and hang myself....

Theres always more reasons aside from religious reasons. I mean, people don't fall completely apart without religion. On the subject of murder, I don't kill anyone because I know what it's like to feel pain, and I believe everyone has the right to live their life without interference of anyone else. Nothing religious in this. Just an understanding of life and how hard it can be.

My reason for staying alive and not killing myself no matter how bad things get....I refuse to die. I put a strong emphasis on personal strength. If I ever die, it will either be at someone else's hands, or some other thing I have no control over. I will not let something get to me so bad that it coerces me into finishing myself off. Plus, I just can't help thinking....what's it gonna be like tomorrow? :wink:

Be strong my friend. Theres always a reason to live.

My main reasons for fighting are not for me really, it's for my family. I look in the eyes of my nephew and I realize how destroyed he'd be if I killed myself and I can't bare to hurt him at all.

You reminded me of the other reason. I know that if I stay alive I can help other people. If I make other peoples lives easier, even if by a tiny percent, then not only do I have a reason to live, my right to live is justified.
