Lately it's been a few Norwegian songs (and a few other songs):
Hekla Stålstrenga - Har du fyr
    Vamp - Liten fuggel

But I've been falling asleep to audio books all my life, so I often put on an audio book or a movie, just for the purpose to fall asleep.

Another audiobooks guy here - particularly ones I know so require no effort to keep track of things - I think it comes of being musical - I get too involved when listening to relax properly!

I don't usually listen to music before going to sleep, but normally ambient music helps a lot.

Ambient music helps me. Listening to Radiohead, m83, Cocteau Twins, Slowdive. Loreena McKennitt is amazing to listen to as well.
There's certain albums I listen too, that helps me sleep. I love collecting albums that are soothing cause my mind races quite a bit at night.
