What to do before it kicks in

    I am bored...

    But my boredom stems from lonliness, lack of human interaction and intimacy.

    Anyway, it is quarter past 7 at night, what can I do before this lonesomeness turns into anxiety and makes it a long rough night?

    I cannot think of anything other than eating and sports betting

    Do you have in hobbies or interests? Something activ, like a sport or drawing?

    listen to some calming music watch a movie come on here and chat read a book do some art work if your into that. journal what your feeling. go for awalk outside.
