What was the last nice/positive thing you did for yourself?
Today I treated myself to a new top, it's really pretty, Christmas colours too, red and gold If no one else is going to treat us nicely we must do it for ourselves, we deserve it
I guess the latest was to buy myself some nice stuff online. I always manage to find cool things on this one site for a decent price. It is fun to have things to look forward to in the mail. The new top sure sounds pretty.
Got a beauty treatment done today, was out of this world relaxing wanted to lay there forever. Candles, hot bed, ooooh so soothing Dark room. Nursing my headaches and tensions.
When grumpy & miserable earlier, I went and changed into a silly outfit that was entirely pink. It's hard to stay mad when you're ridiculously adorable. :3
Talked openly about PTSD flashbacks to my sister, she didn't understand but I didn't expect her to. It was positive cos I feel I have reached a point I can talk about it easier after all these years of bottling it up.
