Whats the point of getting better

I just ask because I joked with mum coming out of treatment for my issue that got me after years of issues to thinking of ending things now that my life is levelling out when will the next bit come

Well it came Tuesday this time worse because of the issue and what the outcome could be

I just feel there is a higher power who is trying to get did of me for some reason
