When I don't think about it, I go to sleep calories-free, but when I over think it all gets to me, then I see food and just stuff my face.

I know it's bad, my body has started to react with the changes, my joints hurt, my fingers are killing me, I have head aches and the dizziness just makes me sick, I would up and I thought I was drunk because I was so dizzy, my words were slurred and I walked into the walls about 3 times before I could see properly.

This is slowly tearing me apart, I'm scared.

Do you drink enough? I strongly suggest drinking more water, lots of it.
I'm not saying you should substitute food with drinks, but at least you'e doing something to keep you healthy.
Why do you feel like you shouldn't be eating?
You know, you deserve to live, and by doing so you should eat.

I'm sorry you're so scared. I'm here for you

Julia is absolutely right, you can die in 3 days from dehydration, takes 2 weeks from starvation. Your health is immediately and drastically compromised from dehydration (and on that note - eating accounts for about 80% of the fluids consumed during the day, so if you're not eating, you're losing fluids the entire time).

    Keep strong hunni
