I'm not sure if this should be put here or in the poems section. This is a poem I recently wrote about abusers. So maybe it fits in both places. If I posted in the wrong place go ahead and move it to the right.

    Who am I?

Who am I? You may say
I'm the one filling you with dismay

Let me tell you who I am
I call you names to condemn
I tell you lies and put you down
I laugh inside when you frown
That is my prize, my award
For my words that cut like a sword

Who am I? You may say
I’m the one filling you with dismay

    I hit, scream, and demean
To crash all of your dreams
    I laugh when you cry
Feel join when you wish to die
This helps to achieve my goal
Of leaving you an empty soul

Who am I? You may say
I’m the one filling you with dismay

I make your life seem like hell
I leave you to be an empty shell
Crying and screaming on the inside
With no one in which to confide
Wanting to be happy and free
Like others you know and see

Who am I? you may say
I’m the one filling you with dismay

I make you feel completely worthless
Your future appearing nothing but hopeless
I’ll build you up just to tear you down
Watching your smile morph into a frown
This fills my life with extreme joy
The pleasure of knowing I may destroy

Who am I? you may say
I’m the one filling you with dismay

I act like your friend, but really am your foe
What can you call me, you want to know
I have many names by which I go by
I am very sneaky and sly
My name is user and abuser
    Though same call me loser

Thats a well constructed poem. I guess making that poem is an outlet for you. Hopefully it has helped you realize some of that energy in to a creative way.
