I would like to have dinner and a discussion with Obama - I feel like I could explain some things to him that he needs to hear.... though I am doubtful he would listen....

Love the question. Quickly realized I'd have to have a big party because there are quite a few...

Dalai Lama, Obama, J.S. Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Ellen Degeneres, Oscar Wilde, Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Vermeer, Richard Powers (author), Chris Cleave (author), Steve Jobs, William Shakespeare, William Blake (poet), Y.B. Yeats, T.S. Eliot, Mother Teresa, Joan of Arc, Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly, Princess Diana, Watson and Crick (DNA scientists), Galileo, the cast from The Big Bang Theory, Johnny Carson, Carol Burnett, Josh Groban, Edeet Ravel (author)...

    ...and more!

I would not waste my time on Obama. But would like to tell G W Bush what I think of him, although it would certainly get me arrested by the Secret Service.

Boy! I'd sure like to be at that dinner party...

As for me: probably Steven Spielberg; so I could ask him all about Stanley Kubrick, because lord knows asking Stanley Kubrick about Stanley Kubrick would prove pointless!

I would have to say, Jesus Christ - mainly because He's both dead and alive, (there's more I could say about that, but won't because it's too intense for this little box!)

    Pope Francis
    my deceased grandparents
    Thomas Jefferson
my several times removed cousin Pres. LBJ
    J.K. Rowling
    Beethoven (my favourite composer)
    J. S. Bach
    C├Ęsar Franck
    Sir Patrick Stewart
    Dame Judi Dench
    Dame Maggie Smith
    Harry Connick, Jr.
    Nathan Fillion
    Benedict Cumberbatch
    Thomas Edison
    Alexander Graham Bell
    Vincent van Gogh
    Claude Monet

Now that I look at that list, I think I would need more than just a single dinner. Maybe a week or two at a resort in Hawaii!
