    ive had a drink, ive had a smoke, two things that should make depressed but i feel better than i do on my meds. wonder why?

    you will need more and more drinks and smokes to maintain that good feeling over time and it will ruin your life and health.That's all I can say.:sad:

    Surely there must be something else that makes you feel good?

    your not gunna get depressed just by drinking a couple of beers. it comes with time and a hell of alot more. it comes with being reliant on it.
    i found after i quit drinking , therer were alot of things to experiance that can make you feel good.

    you see, in time .... the boose doenst work anymore. it becomes habit ... and thats when it becomes a depressant.
    keep plugging on with your drinking, you will see what i mean.

    I can confirm that... at least the smoking part...

    At the begging it's enjoyable, but once you get adicted, it's not "funny" anymore...
