I'm sure people will say I should be grateful that I was stopped, but I'm not,I'm angry I wanted to die,I needed a way out.
How dare the police lock me up.........it's my life
How dare friends and family say they care only after the event

This year has been hell on earth...........I can't see a way out:sad:

they obviously loved you then and they love you now. they are trying to help you from making a mistake in their eyes. to me that shows love and compassion.

Many people feel anger after an unsuccessful suicide attempt, but in time hopefully that anger will fade. Sometimes people struggle to let out how they're truely feeling, some people don't like being all 'mushy' and letting the people closest to them know they love them. Sometimes, we're taken for granted and maybe they thought you knew they loved you. When an event like this happens, I guess it could be a 'slap in the face' (so to speak) for them and because they were so close to losing you, they want you to know that they care, and they don't want you to attempt again. Are you seeing a counsellor or therapist of some kind? Take care of yourself.
