first and foremost it doesn't matter if you suffer from mental health or physical pain or both pain is pain.
and be clear that most people that suffer from pain feel sorry for themselves and want to give up at first, it's normal/.
now you have only two choices: 1. just give up and lay there and do nothing and just suffer until you expire or 2. try to get better and make the best life possible, i decided on 2. here are a few things that are important to make your life worth living.
1. no matter what issues you have keep trying to get better. you can always get better sometimes a little sometimes a lot.
2. realize that you are a valuable unique individual, they only made one of you.
3. no matter how bad your issues try to help others. it doesn't have to be a lot it can just be someone struggling on SF send them a hug.
4. most important try to find joy in life any joy big or small can make a huge difference.
5. know that things won't always move forward, sometimes things slide back, that's ok move forwad again
6. try to be as active and productive as possible in your situation.
7. always seek out support when you need it
8. never ever give up. you may falter and that's ok just never fail, you can only fail if you give up.
9. always believe in yourself
10. remember that this is why you should bother trying, you ARE worth it
