Wide Awake and Suicidal

    I can't sleep.. I'm in fear of sleep-cutting, or doing something horrible.

    I also don't want anymore nightmares. Ever since he started trying to work his way back into my life, things just seem to be down-hill form here.

    So it's 11:40 here, and I'm wide awake...

    Any suggestions??

    Just stay up for a while :hug:
    Nothing wrong with staying up for a bit.

    Try reading a book or playing video games.

    A violent video game always makes the sadness go away.

    Except the fact that I have to be up early.

    And I need the sleep. :\ uhg.

    No violent Videos Games in the house saddly. Actually, no video games.

    As for a book.. I can only read when I'm in the mood. But now.. not possible.

    Ha. Wow, I'm just so unwilling to try anything arn't I? Just shooting down every reply..

    That's ok :smile:

    If you need sleep, your body will let you. Maybe if you don't sleep tonight and you get up early... you will be super tired tomorrow night. Too tired to let the bad thoughts in, and you might get a good night's rest.
    I dont' know if I'm ever scared to go to sleep, which I sometimes am, I just stay up. Eventually my body gets the sleep it needs.
    Sometimes it's like 4 hours. Sometimes it's only a quick afternoon nap. Sometimes it's 12 hours. :unsure:. I mean I used to get a lot less sleep until I stopped worrying about falling asleep and just stayed up when I wasn't tired or scared to sleep or whatever the reason.
    So... if you feel like you need to cut to fall asleep or something, or are really just terrified to go to sleep, stay up for a bit.
