A thousand lines of pretty words all in a row
I Jump across a starting line, a half second too slow
A twisted view, a crooked perspective, I'm broken down
I kept me here, a bit too long, and now I've gone and drown

A single word, a spoken phrase, hey... does it matter anyway
I break apart my thoughtless mind, just to see whats there is inside

A broken promise, to myself, a broken mind, I don't feel good
    I can't decide, I can't make up, i can't make out anything that I should
A old work of art, a broken glass, all alone my mind is ash
I can see that I'm so blind, let it fall, the mirror smash

A lone string of syllables, alone at last, so laughable
I speak a tongue, so in between, you can never really know what I mean

My time is up, all been spent
My hearts broken, or maybe just bent
