Work...UGH!!

    So I work in a position where I have to oversee 82 programs with 82 different staff to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed on various forms, requirements, etc......and sometimes I have no choice than to lay it out for one of these staff with a, HEY YOU ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB RIGHT or HEY YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS REPEATEDLY SO LEARN IT! (obviously phrased more 'business appropriately') But then I feel like I have become the b*tch in the situation......I hate that.

    Previously I worked in social services, helping people in a health clinic that served uninsured and underrepresented populations....been thinking more and more that I need to get back to a social service position where I truly provide something of value to people instead of being a cog in the giant diploma mill that my college sometimes feels like......if only the pay were there.
