My anxiety keeps getting worse. At times, such as right now, I am fairly relaxed. This is not the case most of the time. At school, I'm a nervous wreck, and it only gets worse. I have been having sever panic attacks which include chest pain and shortness of breath. I have seen my doctor for this, and they are panic attacks. I'm not quite sure what to do to calm down when I'm extremely anxious. I am already taking meds for it. Sometimes, it gets so bad that I can barely stand it at school. Any advice on dealing with it?
