For me, it was Stephen King's It. Man.. Going to the bathroom or passing sewer drains wasn't the same for a decade afterwards.

The Last Starfighter. My father was a huge fan of that movie and tried to get me to watch it with him when I was 6, but at the scene were the alien takes off his mask and he has his fake eyeballs in his hankerchief I started freaking out.

For some reason i was scared of some cartoon thingo about some caveman family. It was one of those clay cartoons kind of like wallace and grommet or what ever. I think they kinda of sounded like grunting gorillas which scared the shit out of me :O

Deliverance 1971. That movie had some intensely frightening material along with a weird otherworldly atmosphere. The hand coming up out of the water, John Voight's nightmare at the end of the movie really traumatized me.

Don't know the name, I only remember one scene that scared the hell outta me though, I won't forget it..

The scene was this little kid walking through his house looking for his mom, then he went into the bathroom and opened the curtains and there was this monster lady or something. :argh:
