My therapist said it's time for me to be in the hospital for a few days since it's more intensive in there and I told him I'm probably going to take myself out soon.

Anyone had experience, and is it worth it?

The way I see it is I'll probably get better for a few days then I'll come home and just get depressed again....

hopefully in hospital they will give you followup care before discharging you like setting up some group therapies outside hospital Doesn't hurt to go in and try it for a few days see what they have to offer right.:hugtackles::hugtackles:

Hi Danny...an inpatient setting can give you some relief and will allow ppl to establish a more effective treatment plan for you...please go if your therapist recommends this...we will be here waiting for you when you get out...big hugs, J
