wow, something that actually works!

  1. Hi,
    I used to be suicidal, depressed and suffer from panic attacks for many years.
    Luckily last summer I actually found something which actually works a bit, has a genuine lasting effect: Reiki.

    I would recommend it to people who tried other things like medication but didn't get much help. For me, after doing reiki I stopped getting panic attacks completely; I still have depression, but NO panic attacks anymore, and not really suicidal anymore either.

    Interesting. I've heard of it before but didn't know what it was called. I practice (well, attempt to) zazen myself. It also helps relieve stress.
