really really suicidal I'm sorry for posting but if there's anyone around to talk to or something? I want to die so much now but Istill want to live somehow. I might phone the samiritans but I find it almost impossible to talk on the phone. Can't tell anyone else.

don't!... well call yes,... tonight is so dead. i was gonna do it a few hours ago also. Just get away from any potential weapons. don't got near a any public things that are potentially lethal. sleeping helps. laying down and opening your bedroom window would help bring in fresh air. trust me. iclosed mine a few minutes ago but when im really to the point like you are i open it. and it feels so good!

I can't sleep, my minds like completely....like wound up and I feel tired but Ic an't sleep. I would go for a walk or something but I'm a girl and I might get raped or soemthing. I'm shaking oh I dunno I just feel alone and I can't do thsi you know?

if you live anywhere that you dont feel safe outside then stay in. i really suggest you open your window. maybee halway, if its the tipe that you slide left or right then put a small var in it if you're afraid. if it open like (um dunno how to explain) well if it opens not in slidng well then dont open or make sure your awake when its open and close when you finally feel a little better.

hey first, just open it then tell me how you feel afterwards, please.

hmm yeah that feels good, it does, it's just nothing can save me now I don't think. Thanks for your reply, really. ugh I just...don't know what to say??! Sorry I'm pretty tired and stressed out and blah. I don't know what to do tbh.

well i am glad it makes you feel a little better. Do you like reading? Do you have <The Ousiders> ? It might destress you a bit. otherwise do like i do. open microsoft word. and just write. dont give a dam about the mistakes or structural concepth or comas or apostrophies. write words or phrases of how you feel. or how you think of whats around you at the moment... then save it when you think youve got nothing else to write. open it up some other night or day when you feel the same or feel better. look back on urself.

Honestly, to me it makes me feel stupid. cause then i can really concentrate on why im feeling this way.

Otherwise walk around the house. I know it might wake your parents make them grouchy or pissed. try doing it. dont turn on the lights thought.

I'm feeling better today, thanks for asking. I didn't sleep actually :unsure: and my dreams are never like that :mellow: :laugh:
Um yeah but things are like...hmm well I don't how things are going to turn out...I don't know what to do...things are weird in my head atm. I'm afraid of...stuff. I feel numb right now. I just don't have a clue what to do.

Well i'm very happy for you! I know how it is to not know what to do in a crysis situation. It's hard decisions to do. but keep yourself distracted. It'll go away! Hey is it daytime were you are? I dunno your age but it'd probly be cool to go enjoy the park a bit, swing, slide, take the monkey bars. Hey i'm 16 ok gonan be 17 in 1 week. I'd freaking love to do that stuff !!!
