Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.
Yeah, I am happy this morning – ecstatic even – I hit my first target weight, only just though but I did it :biggrin: Now I just have to try and get through a long Bank Holiday weekend trying to keep to it :nerves:
Congratulations That's fantastic and it can't have been easy.. good luck for the Bank Holiday weekend. Maybe you could plan lots of exciting activities to keep occupied through the long weekend.. something that isn't around too much food, etc?
