Yes and no. I seem to be great at the beginnings of regains and then they seem to fail/ taper off instead of consolidation. Both online and in real life. I've no idea why! Although I do have friends and I don't know how that happened either. Anyways so yah friendships and sort works that way for me too 🤷‍♂️
