You are valuable, even if you are very different from others

#1
I was just browsing YouTube, and I found one video with the title "Rick tries to commit suicide", and the thumbnail is of Rick from Rick and Morty. Rick...lives in his own world, let's put it like that. He's very different.
But he is a likeable man, a lot of people like him. And you can probably think of more than one example of a celebrity or even someone you know of in real life who is like that. Maybe you even consider yourself to be like that.
You are still valuable. It's possible that other people like or even love you.
It's possible also that you are the only valuable person in another person's life. Maybe other people can talk to you about literally anything, completely unfiltered, and they find that to be very refreshing and pleasant.
If you do not have any family members or friends, maybe you have pets that you care for a lot, and they love you strongly.
I am almost certain that there is someone out there who thinks of you as valuable.

I'm interested in your ideas on this.

Yep, I agree I would Much rather be different than regular! I am Quite different!!
My husband is the only one who truly thought I was valuable, and he is gone now 9 years plus almost 4 months…
My only remaining sister values me a bit and I know 2 other women who put up with me…

I like this, thank you. You're right, whenever I think about how useless I am and I feel like it would be better if I was not alive, I think about people who care about me, and what it would be like for them if I'm gone, and most of the time it stops my suicidal thoughts for awhile. Though sometimes when you have suicidal thoughts you just feel numb and empty and nothing can affect you, but sometimes thinking about loved ones works for me.

You are not useless, but, a very valuable person, and that it'd always be better for your family and your loved ones if you're alive and well.

I can relate about being numb and empty as I feel that a lot of times lately, and as someone who lost a partner (due to sickness) who had been with me for years, I'm glad you are thinking about those people who cares about you and what it would be like for them when you are not around.

Thank you so much *hugI'm sorry about your partner, I hope you're okay now and I wish you all happiness and all the best things for you

You're welcome. Thank you too for the well wishes. But yeah, I guess that's the hardest part of it "to feel okay" cause I'll never be ok like how I used to be all those years. It's been 2 years, but life will never be the same for me anymore. I don't want your family, even your mom with how much you "feel" about her sometimes (looking at your posts) when things happen between you, to go through the grief I'm experiencing. It'll probably be worse for her. You are still her daughter, no matter what. *console

This is a wonderful post, again thank you <3 I'm sorry maybe I should've chosen other phrases other than hope you're okay cause you're right about you said about being ok :( I can understand that. Stay strong and you can always let everything out here because we're here for you and we love you :)

Thank you, and oh, I didn't feel offended or something, don't worry! But I appreciate how sensitive of a person you are by saying "should've chosen other phrases". Not a lot of people are like that. You have a good heart. :)
