    Look up thymus tapping, you basically pound your chest with knuckle hitting the direct center, where the bone is and it gets all the stress out of your system. I feel so much better.

    I think I get how it works, you can basically tap anywhere when you are feeling stressed and will free you from negative thoughts. I like the chest and also the base of the neck.
