when you know nothing is going to get better
you've lost grip of everything you were holding onto
and you know dont why you are still trying, but slipping?

i dont want this pain any longer.

Yes I know that feeling. And it's completely understandable not to want this pain for much longer. I'm afraid I'm feeling very similar at the moment.

I do think there is a strong possibility of pulling through this and feeling better.

What are the things you feel you're losing hold of?

That's exactly the same reason for what I'm going through at the moment.

It's okay to cry though. Crying can be helpful.

Relationships, friends, family or otherwise can be difficult to cope with when you are deep in depression, when we don't feel alone we tend to push until we are alone, the demons that egg us on though aren't satisfied when we heed and succeed at their bidding, they defer blame to us and we listen because our insecurities weaken us.

Do you have family you can count on? Live at home or on your own?
