    “Your Sorry Face”

    Your sorry face
    Makes me quiver
    Sending a shiver
    Rattling through my living corpse

    Your sorry face
    Comes from a flawed mold
    Or so I’ve been told
    By inner thoughts

    Your sorry face
    Makes me turn away
I want to forget what you remind me of
    ...Myself

    Your sorry face
    Obliterates that fallen space
    Within
Why is it that you torment me?

    Your sorry face
    Stretches that which was stone
    The facade crumbles
    Becoming one with yours
Two castles sliding into an unforgiving ocean

    Your sorry face
    A cosmic mockery
Is a shattered mirror of me

In that last piece of time
Dragging along with a dead man’s pace
    It won’t matter
    As your sorry face
Will be taking an eternal nose-dive
    to a forgotten world
