    i feel like shit, anyway here is zinc

    function: component of over 200 enzymes in the body,essential for growth, healing,aids bone and teeth formation, assists immune system, antioxidant,assists with ability to cope with stress

    how much: 15 - 20 mg

    best food sources: oysters, ginger,lamb, pecan nuts

    I've heard taking it for bed is a good idea. Zinc aids in testosterone production so if you're into weight lifting it wouldn't hurt to take it.

    Yes zinc does help your skin. In males during ejaculation zinc is lost as well so supplementation can aid in restoring that.
