The privacy policy SF adheres to and requires users of SF to agree and adhere to. Use of SF constitutes agreement with the privacy policies set forth.

This privacy policy sets out how Suicide Forum uses and protects any information that you provide, whilst using Suicide Forum services. This includes the primary site, forums and chat rooms.

Suicide Forum is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Suicide Forum does not collect any personal identifying information from any of our members at any time.

Suicide Forum may change this policy as and when necessary. It is your responsibility to check this privacy policy periodically to ensure you agree with any changes.

What information we collect

Your email address can be changed at any time by you by accessing your account profile. This includes changing the email address to a ‘dummy’ address if you no longer wish to use the forum and do not wish for an email address to remain on file to recover your account at a later point. It is in violation of site policy to use an email address that belongs to another individual or entity as your personal email address.

What we do with the information we collect

The limited information collected by is used solely for the purposes of identifying ways to improve the Suicide Forum service. Suicide Forum cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. In the event that your account is suspected to be party to illegal activity, your IP address and any content associated with your account may be passed to relevant law enforcement agencies.

Controlling your personal information

When using the Suicide Forum forums, you may choose to limit public viewing of applicable personal information through the settings located in the Privacy section of your account.

Suicide Forum will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information (the email provided at sign up) to send you security information, product updates, or other information pertaining to Suicide Forum, or your account. You may set your own personal account settings to limit contact from the site to conform to your personal preferences.

Personal identifying images/videos/links are not allowed on, on the forum or in the chatrooms. We strongly recommend that users do not use any user name (be it their legal name or user names from other websites) that may identify them. is indexed in Google and any content members submit will be associated with the user name that the member has chosen. It is recommended to choose a user name that is not used by members elsewhere on the internet or in their offline lives.

Do not use the real names or clearly identifying information of other individuals, family members, acquaintances, or people known to you in the real world setting in posts, private messages, or chat. Names of political figures, celebrities or other public figures in the news that is not describing a matter personal to you in nature is allowed.

Any personal identifying information, or what is believed by the site administrators to be personally identifying in nature may be removed from posts on at the sites discretion.

If members inadvertently post identifying information on they should immediately contact staff via the Letter to Admin section of the site to have this information removed.
