Cold/flu + depression drugs simultaneously?

Been taking St. John's Wort for a month or more and also taking Sam-E for some weeks now. But I've been ill for the past 2 weeks (some of that was very ill) with a cold or flu. I usually don't go to doctors until something gets very critical, so just taking over-the-counter stuff such as Tylenol cold, Nyquil/Dayquil, acetomeniphen and some cough drops.

Anyone know if it's acceptable to take these simultaneously? I can't find any definitive info either way.
