I've made a very serious decision. I've been through so much in my life, and it's hard, it's very hard, but I've decided that I'm tired of living this way. I am tired of feeling either intense pain or completely numb. People have broke me and stomped me into the ground, but you know what guys? I'm not giving up, I'm going to be OK. I will not let these people win in the end. They will NOT be the end of me. I've been told I've made a huge break through in my DBT skills and mindfulness and I'm going to keep going. I will defeat this, this will NOT defeat me. I WILL be OK. :biggrin:
