Newbie here. Don't remember how I found SF, but I'm glad this forum exists. 32 years old from Canada, been living with depression, anxiety, and on and off suicidal ideation for around 2 decades. Currently seeing a therapist since things have become pretty hard mentally the last year or so, but I appreciate having forums like this where I can connect with others who have lived experience with mental illness. I'll probably make a more detailed post in the "My Story" forum soon. I look forward to getting to know people here!
