Help with changing a printer's network

So, I had to get a new router (long story involving ATT forcing me to buy something to replace something that was working perfectly).

My wireless HP Laserjet printer, of course, is looking for the old network.

I spent 4 hours trying different things chatgpt suggested, but it still isn't seeing the new network.

I use a MacBook Air and a HP Laserjet printer.

Any help is appreciated.

*hiding Apologies in advance; I always want to help. I fought with one a couple years ago and am still not sure what I did right. It seemed to matter in which order the devices were connected to my wifi, but not sure. The printer didn't like getting its power through my desktop, so I had to move it and plug into the power outlet on the wall. I also use apple/Mac devices. .

You've checked that the printer's software app on your Mac is up to date, and all your Mac's setting are allowing it access... but perhaps try un-install it, turn turn wifi off, then back on and re-install but that's just my sort of idea.

Here's HP's troubleshoot wireless issues page:
