I have seen some people in the depths of misery , they communicated how they do not wish to get better or this is it for them and they want a way out of this world. Initially I didn't understand.
Like , why would they just give up or stop trying or be so sure that they wouldn't get better.
How can they embrace death with certainty?
Eventually , I understood.
But , maybe being in that place is very lonely. Like I didn't understand them at first.
I hope I will find peace soon. Or something similar.
One more thing , your reason is not stupid. I felt this before , also been told. " That is no reason to feel like this / act like it ". The act part is personal , I believe but feelings are valid.
