• Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.

I cannot handle with the bad choice I made at work.

Basically, its the equivalent of quitting a job and going for another job with the same pay with twice the physical workload. I made a huge mistake at work and it's affecting my mood and extremely depressing right now with the SAD looming. I'm unsure how to deal with this, any tips?

I understand all too well how you feel as have been feeling like there are times when i can only seem to make mistakes at work. Ive found its been due in part to trying to do so many things at same time so have been trying to learn how to prioitize effectively as well as not rush...take to heart you arent alone in this...sending you hugs...

Yes that is all we can do and also though I'm not very good at this also trying to learn how to not be so hard on myself as I am often my own worst critic...take care and just take it one day at a time...always here if you want to chat more, Sending you hugs.

Yeah, isn't it strange that we're aware that our mind is our worst enemy, yet we are unable to control these 'negative thoughts' that interfere with our lives. "We're in control of our minds." At least that's what I try to tell myself... We deserve better than this! Anyway, thanks a lot Kiwi. I am here too if you want to talk.

Yes you are so right...i am learning slowly that it takes practice to "re-train" our brain to change the automatic responses we have to situations...and to realize that there are other more positive and valid responses/thoughts if that makes any sense...so remember to be gentle on yourself...
