then they proberly made mine !!!

went to see GP about going back on my meds, was anxious big time about how he would react or what he would say but within 20 seconds of sitting down he was writing my prescription out, only citalopram but its a start.
gave some advice, said to come back in 3 weeks and made prescription ongoing repeat.

after the hell of yesterday dealing with near terminal thoughts i feel some what easier.
