It depends on your country. In mine, you would receive some foods, masks and drinks from kind people passing by, and from the local government, eventually a contact with your country's embassy and a ticket for you to go home.

Overall, you should ask for help as soon as possible. Are you facing any threat of losing home?

I'm having problems finding peace at home and because I have a illness I guess it's stuck in me

I wouldn’t recommend leaving your home without a plan. The streets are tough and very dangerous. You can’t trust anyone bc naïveté will get you in trouble.
