@Jackblue77 I am glad to hear that you are starting to feel better from the respiratory infection. I hope the cough is fairly subdued by now. What kind of sports are you active in? I hope you have a good upcoming day.
Hello Livelife, thank you for the kind words. I had a very busy day which was good, i did some Asana posing for an artist I once drew with and am really feeling better. I am doing yoga - some refer to it as "power yoga" as it centers on the more challenging forms like crow and headstand. I don´t know about these classifications but i feel better doing more physically challengning things, it helps me very much.

I don´t know about these classifications but i feel better doing more physically challengning things, it helps me very much.
That's so wonderful to hear. And I agree, it is helpful to me as well. Certain meditation approaches can be quickly relieving and shifting as well....I am a Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher for years. I love having my personal practice and I enjoy different styles of yoga, certified in ashtanga as well. How fun to get to let someone capture you in some poses.

Thank you very much @Livelife, it´s great to hear that you also find relief in the Asana´s! I hope to dive deeper soon in the different styles I am not yet so experienced with:)
