thank you for the kind birthday wishes. I really tried to approach the day with calm and an ability to accept happiness. I was able to enjoy the day. Was pleasantly surprised by familial interactions. It ended ugly, but i am choosing to grasp on to the love & acceptance i felt most of that day.
