Hey. Today some of my teammates and I helped out with a run in a local park. We handed out cups of water and Gatorade to the runners. Our coach asked us to help with it and told us we could make some money for the club by doing it. It was honestly a pretty good time. I also got to see some cute dogs while doing it :)

This is where we come to commune and try to remember the things we once loved. Join us? You can sit alone, but sit, if it's the last thing you do. Anybody else who can think of a new member they've seen around or someone who's having trouble right now?
Thank you Svven
It's funny you post your dog, I have one as well, but he's in another state. I miss him so...

Thanks for tagging this newbie. I appreciate it. I haven't been on here since I signed up. Sometimes it's just hard to be motivated. I've always loved the water. I grew up in a house with a built-in swimming pool. Swimming was always my favorite thing to do. I particularly liked holding my breath and laying at the bottom of the pool for as long as I possibly could. It was quiet there at the bottom of the pool, no one criticizing you, judging you, being angry at you. It was escapism. Now I think I'd just like to be sitting by the river wishing I were a fish.

Hi, @crazycrochetlady! Swimming is great! I love playing in the water or the feeling of lack of gravity. I imagined I was an astronaut. I also loved playing I was a synchronized swimmer. Diving is also something I love. Can' t do it anymore because I'm very shortsighted and can't see where the surfice is. But loved playing finding things in the bottom and trying to cross all the pool under water. And playing with waves in the sea - the bigger, the better.
Swimming is a very good sport to activate endorphins!
Besides, what you feel has a lot to do with a phylosophy: Taoism.
