Hey @Angie, another really interesting question. It's a tricky one, cos it's a challenge for my newfound self-esteem, given the old me would have wanted to just come up with 3 insults for myself.
Thanks for opening, and thanks to @cymbele for tagging me.

I'm gonna go with:
Empathetic - I'd like to think i approach most things with a degree of empathy. Not all things i concede, since i'm human, so sometimes things will get under my skin, and i can especially struggle when my empathy for one person or group overrides my empathy for another. But i generally approach things from an empathetic perspective, including on topics that surprise even myself. It's a trait that's done a lot of good for me and the people close to me.
Resilient - I've been through a lot of difficult experiences, and i've had to fight for so much. That's one thing that's especially been brought to light in recent months. And i'd like to think it's all made me into a pretty tough person. Somebody who's patient and tolerant when it's needed/appropriate, but also absolutely refuses to take anyone's crap. Again, i'm not perfect at this, squishy human mortal that i am, but i'd like to think i'm decent at it.
Saved - I mean this in every sense of the term. I feel like i've been rescued from so much these days. I used to try and put a brave face on it before, but i truly thought that i was only here to suffer and struggle, and that if there is a hell, no matter what i did i'd wind up there one day. Whereas now, i'm not saying i'm gonna become some devout Christian or Muslim or anything, but i'm open to the spark of divinity to be found within my humble, flawed self. It's wild how much this newfound peace and happiness could be likened to the rapturous joy people describe when they find god. Even when i'm having an awful day, it's a thousand times better than my best days used to be.
