Hello!

1) Do you think cereal is soup or not?
It depends on how hot it is.

2) Is a hotdog a sandwich?
Nah, it's a hybrid burger.

3) Would you ever go bald. Why? Why not?
Yep, because I don't give too much crap about going bald and it makes taking care of your scalp much easier, in fact, I have shaved and trimmed my head a few days ago. It's not a big deal.

4) What is the weirdest thing you have seen in someone else's home?
Parents that (try to) understand their kids, LOL! Not joking, at one point, I was surprised that someone's parent can be understanding and supportive.

Thanks for the tag my bro *hi5

1) Do you think cereal is soup or not? A cold milky soup :D
2) Is a hotdog a sandwich? Nah a hotdog in a bun, is a snack, even if you have it for dinner that's a pretty light dinner...
3) Would you ever go bald. Why? Why not? :D I do shave off all my hair as it is, though I get lazy and can't be bothered to do it every other day... My why do i? I have a receding hair line and I want to make look it as if it was my choice ;) :D for real though, I just do it cos I cut my own hair and style my own beard cos otherwise I'd be paying £22 a time to the barbers at the top of my road!!
4) What is the weirdest thing you have seen in someone else's home? I was actually saying this to someone in the chat the other night, I'm pretty sure I remember my nan having one of these in her house. @RCee @Jedizen _methode_times_prodmigration_web_bin_0a6c2264-07b2-3d15-9a37-19098265b929.jpg

4) What is the weirdest thing you have seen in someone else's home?

Dismembered mannequins in a box in my ex-f.i.l.'s basement..

Here are some random questions to poke at your brains:

1) Do you think cereal is soup or not?
I dont think so, as the ingredients are not heated and blended together into a semi-liquid "soup".
2) Is a hotdog a sandwich? Thats trickier imo. I think "sandwich" implies two or more slices of bread with other food in between. Maybe a hotdog is a type of filled roll?
3) Would you ever go bald. Why? Why not? I dont think so as my grandads' lived into their late 90s and still had their own hair. So I would have to get over 100.
4) What is the weirdest thing you have seen in someone else's home?
A live octopus coming out of one of those old fashioned red phone boxes.

1) Do you think cereal is soup or not?
Soup is a primarily liquid food, generally served warm or hot, that is made by combining ingredients of meat or vegetables with stock, or water.

According to the exact definition, cereal is not a soup as it's not made of water, meat and vegetables, but milk, cereal and possible fruits. That's the difference, Case closed.
2) Is a hotdog a sandwich?
^
3) Would you ever go bald. Why? Why not?
Nah, not my ...style.
4) What is the weirdest thing you have seen in someone else's home?
Someone had their bathroom tiled with cigarette boxes. Made small stairs with it too.

I'm just breaking back into writing. Some time ago, I was writing on a daily basis, sometimes for most of my waking hours. I really enjoyed it, and the work I was producing. On and off this writing was entirely forum post based, in between my 'down-periods' of these times, I would write fiction. When I wasn't writing I would read, or immerse myself in watching movies in my favorite genres (at the time), horror, thriller, and comedy.

One day, in my hay-days of messing around and neglecting my future, my hard drive crashed in my laptop. Not a big deal, since I backed up everything important to various USB drives and external hard drives. My writing was no exception to being backed up, in fact it was the reason I had everything backed up so well, as all experienced writer's tend to agree that their written work is invaluable/irreplacable - and that backing up thoroughly, is all-important. So, I had a cup filled with usb drives. Beside that cup were two ext-hdd's that I mentioned earlier - all containing everything I'd ever written since the day that being a writer had chosen me.

I replaced the hard drive in my laptop. Not a big deal, just a bit of money worthwhile spent on a necessity. My laptop was fresh again, and I had no urgent want for the media from my storage devices, at the time. So, it happened that I'd recently met a young couple who were hulled up in a hotel room with nowhere else to live. I thought they deserved a better place to live, and the better circumstances, afforded by my rented house, so I invited them to stay at my house until they found somewhere better (my house wasn't great by any means). Things went alright for a short time but my life was going down hill, and I knew I needed my space. I gave the guy some notice - basically letting him know that I'd like him to find somewhere else in the near future and why. The conversation went well, and he took the news with humility.

A time came shortly afterward when a device of mine went missing from the charging socket where I normally kept it. They didn't know anything about it. I ended up going to the holiday park to find out prices and availability. They had cabins available for permanent residency! Then I let them know that I needed them to move out, and was willing to overlook their rent, etc so they could pay for the new place. I moved them into the cabin and returned home, only to find most of everything worth anything had "gone missing." While I was dealing with this, my phone rang. It was the guy I'd just moved out. He told me he had my dongle (it's a usb mobile internet modem - in my case for prepaid internet access), and he told me he didn't know how they "ended up with it." It was in my bedroom and plugged into my laptop, by the way. Yeah, long story short, he gave that back to me. We parted on friendly terms. I wasn't up for a major dispute at the time - just took my new found solitude as a blessing, and moved on.

It was shortly after cancelling my missing passport that I discovered my external storage devices weren't there. My newly installed laptop hard drive didn't have anything on it yet, my writing was gone! I didn't write again either. I struggle with where to start, as I had several 'works in progress' and story, character ideas etc in there, I felt lost about where to pick it back up. I'm attached to those stories and the characters in them - I guess I'm still lost. But all was not lost of my writing. I found a single short story that I'd printed twice since the first print was faded (I had the faded copy, the better one was sent to a friend), and I managed to copy it out using my laptop and went on to publish it on Kindle. But the writing ended there. At the time of writing that short story, I was staying with my Dad and my siblings, on his side. There was plenty of time to sit at the computers in his house while everyone was out working or doing other things, and so I spent a solid three weeks working on my psychological-thriller, flash fiction story which now consists of little over one page. My Dad never read it. Absolutely refused to entertain the idea, he just said "I hate reading, Son." This hurt and confused me because (other than the obvious reasons), he read emails, text messages, facebook posts, etc all the time. It was my work of passion and he wouldn't look at it. It was our first get-together in over ten years as well. I haven't written anything substantial since, until recently.

While I was staying with my mate, Mike, I was very content with my life circumstances, and since I had been writing in a professional capacity for some time, and with his encouragement after reading some of my work, I wrote a few scenes for a story using a similar setting, and themes as a script I'd recieved good feed-back on by a writing critic who I respect. But then I had to move out for personal issues I had with Mike's new partner who'd moved in and the creative writing stopped again. I was an avid reader at this point however and reading like a trojan, I escaped from my plight in the worlds created by writers. Until last week, reading was my primary activity. And I loved it! But then I found myself reaching out here more often after the covid-19 lockdown was in full swing and have reacquainted myself with my familiar friend, the keyboard. I'm growing as a person and as a writer. I feel I owe this growth to this community. So here it is, my first written work of "fiction" that I've undertaken in quite some time, and not written for anyone but myself. I hope this reaches you well, and that you can find some solace/comfort in knowing that for all our trifles in life there is always room for healing and over-coming our personal barriers. Wish me happiness in my writing whatever form it takes, as I wish the best for all of you who are struggling similarly.

Disclaimer: This post relates solely to my writing and does not mention my many other (and very much) more serious life problems which I may/may not have dealt with to a satisfactory degree.

1) Do you think cereal is soup or not? No, because soup is a liquid food made by boiling or simmering meat, fish, or vegetables with various added ingredients. And soup isn't.

2) Is a hotdog a sandwich? Depends on your philosophical outlook *huh

3) Would you ever go bald. Why? Depends, go bald where exactly?;)

4) What is the weirdest thing you have seen in someone else's home? A pickling jar with someone's finger in it.

1) Do you think cereal is soup or not? Not.
2) Is a hotdog a sandwich? Not really but sort of.
3) Would you ever go bald. Why? Why not? I am bald. I gave up on hair growing out as anything but crap so started shaving what little bit that did show up off completely.
4) What is the weirdest thing you have seen in someone else's home? A grizzly bear trap from the 1800s it was about 4 feet across open 4 feet tall closed and weighed about 100 pounds.

Speaking of randomness. I can relate. *rofl

View attachment 32072
just happened to be in the neighborhood and wanting a cup of tea, here i am. but randomly speaking (or thinking anyway), i always feel that one diagram surely needs another, so i found one to keep this one company.
just randomly picked from a selection.
D77DE5A5-1F4E-4110-BF2B-73C29BB48587.jpeg
now for that tea... and i hope everyone is having a nice day.
AC5C76C4-061E-435B-95AE-9DBB0211CB3D.jpeg
and now for the questions:
1) Do you think cereal is soup or not?
all i can go by is this - when i was a kid my grandmother always would make wheatena which i love, but also love adding lots of milk to it and she’d see it and complain that i turned it into soup. as i see it, it was cereal when it was placed in front of me. it became soup when i added the milk, but when i ate it, i was eating cereal. so it must be both at least in some situations.
2) Is a hotdog a sandwich?
alone a hotdog is just a hotdog. once placed in a bun it is a hot dog in a bun. if however the top of the bun separates from the bottom, and the hotdog remains between both i am willing to consider it as a sandwich.
3) Would you ever go bald. Why? Why not?
generally no. but i would consider it on a temporary basis if i were to receive lots and lots of money (enough to last for all my needs for the rest of my life - or be able to relive my life so i can fix all the bad parts. there’s not much else that would make baldness worth it.
4) What is the weirdest thing you have seen in someone else's home?
i have known lots of weird people even if only superficially. i may have been in some of their homes but do not recall that they had anything particularly weird aside from themselves so i guess the answer is yes it was those people. but i do consider that it may be that weird people don’t have weird stuff left lying around for fear of being thought of as being weird. as for anyone else, being me and knowing of my own weirdness, i guess when i encounter what might be weird anywhere i don’t consider it weird since who am i to make that call? but really i just don’t know...

1) Do you think cereal is soup or not?
No, I think of soup as being more savory.

2) Is a hotdog a sandwich?
It could be, but generally I think of a sandwich as having sliced meat, or some sort of spread.

3) Would you ever go bald. Why? Why not?
If I was really sick and needed to, sure. I wonder if I'll lose hair because I always have it in a ponytail. I also think about cutting it all off sometimes because it's very long.

4) What is the weirdest thing you have seen in someone else's home?
I don't know about anyone else's house, but I have a bunch of random weird things here. I have an ashtray with a skeleton and woman having sex, I don't smoke but I found it funny. I have a squish stress toy of a male part lol. Yeah, there's lots of weird stuff for sale on Wish.

Yay random! :) Cool theme, can't resist posting in here despite a certain thing I might have stated the other day lol.
Anyway here's my answers. I will come back later to post some random/funny pix I found too (sorry don't have much time here right now).
Also, wishing everyone here a great day! ;)

1) Do you think cereal is soup or not?
No, soup to me has to be hot & have vegetables or things that would go well WITH vegetables in it.

2) Is a hotdog a sandwich? No.

3) Would you ever go bald. Why? Why not?
Heck no! My face needs all the help it can get so ya hair is absolutely needed, I'd only be even fuglier still without any hair omg.

4) What is the weirdest thing you have seen in someone else's home?
Don't have a PG version that I can think of sorry lol.

Randomness ... I can get on-board with that

1) Do you think cereal is soup or not?
I think if it gets soggy it can be soup, but if it's soggy I'm not eating it!!!

2) Is a hotdog a sandwich?
If you cut it in half and put it on toast it is. I realize normal people don't eat it that way, but those of us with hotdogs and no hotdog buns do what needs to be done.

3) Would you ever go bald. Why? Why not?
My mother apparently announced today that I am forbidden to shave my head! So you know what is happening ASAP!!!

4) What is the weirdest thing you have seen in someone else's home?
I grew up in a really strange house, so it's hard to find other people's things strange. Nothing is really standing out to me here. Maybe something will come to me later.

In the name of randomness a random picture ...
