What is one reason you matter to yourself? I matter because I exist, like everyone here. I don't need reasons. That was the least hypocritical answer. :p My mind needs a thousand reasons though.
What is one reason someone in your life matters to you? The same answer, no reasons. They also matter to me personally because I love them and I hope they know it. ♡

I find the first of the 2 q's a bit hard to answer but ok I will try.

I matter to myself cos of the few people/beings I care about in my life, if I'm here for anything at all I think it is them.

The few people/beings in my life matter to me for LOTS of reasons, for caring, listening to me, talking to me, helping me feel better when they can (and when I'm able to let them know I need help with something which can sometimes be challenging depending on what it is), being nice/good company and just being who they are.
In the case of the "beings" I mentioned, that would be my 2 cats & they matter to me cos of the pureness of their sweet, unconditionally loving energy, their perfect adorable meows & all the other sounds they make and their unique personalities. Cats really are endlessly fascinating mysteries imo

K very tempted to use the biggest boldest text here but I won't cos don't want to be excessively obnoxious, but just wanted to say that I think EVERYONE HERE MATTERS, not just a list of like 5-10 people.
Those lists of people who were tagged are extremely incomplete imo, just sayin. Everyone who is here needs to hear that they matter, and they do, we ALL do ffs.

Of course everyone matters. Don't take it too personally. My point was not to tag everyone, as that is impossible. But it was possible to tag 10 people, who I hope felt a little better when they saw it, so I did. Some members who I noticed recently forgot they mattered, some new members... I can't do it for everyone, but it doesn't mean I chose these 10 yesterday that I exclude everyone else. Being nice to 10 people one day doesn't mean you're being mean to the 49 990 other SF members.
Anyway... I don't really want to justify such a little act with nice intentions (imo) anymore, I am only one human being trying their best.
You do matter, like everyone else.
